#43: Wilts On Greens

#43: on one annoyingly very windy then very sunny repeating cycle for the whole afternoon.

Was out to pick up some stuff and buy new leggings. Previously, I had an episode with this particular pair of leggings that bore a hole at the big toe, so I patched it up. Later, another hole appeared in the other foot! And the same foot!! Almost as if the leggings are out to get me.

Never mind… I have all the time to patch up leggings… at least for now.

Anyway, I prepared breakfast this morning. Initial plan was to make mushroom and cheese omelets but the non-stick pan decided to malfunction and my omelet was horrifically stuck to the bottom of the pan since I am not much of a fan of using a lot of oil when I cook.

So… here we have… shredded eggs with mushrooms and gravy topped with parmesan.
